Yes, the Moose Run is only 9 days away! Bill and Monty Gusse are almost finished with the trail sections of what is considered “Amerca’s Tuffest Race” and final round of the infamous OMA National Series. The weather has been pretty dry in Fenton, IL, this fall, so maybe this will be one of the easier Moose Runs? Multi-time OMA Champ Paul Whibley is all healed up and expected to be a threat. However, series points leader Russell Bobbit and contenders Nick Fahringer and Kailub Russell may have something to say about that! In addition, two wild card riders are scheduled to show up – defending GNCC XC2 Champ Jason Thomas and 6 Time Portugal Enduro Champ Goncalo Ries. Thomas is no stranger to OMA events, and Ries is a regular in the European World Extreme Enduro circuit. Has anybody heard of any other pros coming? Paul Whibley uses the G2 throttle with 100 or 200 cam and G2 Mongo Handguard Mounts, Nick Fahringer uses the G2 2 stroke quick turn system and Jason Thomas uses G2 Competition Handguards with a G2 Quick Turn Throttle.
